HANGEUL EXCELLENCE LANGUAGE TUTORIAL CENTER (HELTC)
would pursue a continuous and vigorous public awareness program about the Employment Permit System (EPS), attracting the most number of Korean language students among other similar schools, and consistently aim for 100% KLT passing rate for all of its graduates.

Producing the most number of Korean Language Test (KLT) passers, through its strict adherence to the highest standards of training in oral and written Hangeul, and in Korean customs and traditions.
KLT Masantol Pampanga
To lessen the burden of transportation fee to students, we bring the Korean Language training
to various Municipalities in Pampanga in coordination with their PESO (Public Employment Service Office).
KLT Magalang Pampanga
Providing high quality training, we attract students from places like Bataan, Mexico, Tarlac, Isabela, Ilocos, Caloocan, Manila, Angeles City, Mabalacat, Minalin, Arayat,San Simon,Bacolor,San Jose City,& Nueva Ecija.

We also conduct tutorials and evening classes to accommodate working individuals.
